Hospitalisation

Your invoice will be sent to you within 6 to 8 weeks of your admission to hospital. It is payable upon receipt.

Additional or revised invoices may also be sent to you at a later date.

We do not accept cheques as a method of payment. However, you can pay your invoice using the following credit cards:

• Master Card
• Visa
• American Express

The European bank transfer form enclosed with your invoice is valid in all 27 European countries.

Consultation

Outpatient care is payable on site at the time of the consultation.

For security reasons, we ask you to give preference to electronic payments.

A ‘Billing Information’ Desk is also available Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 12 noon, and on Wednesday from 2 pm to 4 pm. This desk is located at the Porte de Hal site, at the hospital entrance at 105 Rue aux Laines, 1000 Brussels.
