Six mediators provide this service on an ongoing basis

Our hospital welcomes patients from all over the world. To help them communicate effectively with healthcare staff and ensure mutual understanding, CHU Saint-Pierre provides a team of intercultural mediators.

Their aim is to improve communication and understanding, foster a climate of mutual trust, and remove barriers to effective communication.

In total, CHU Saint-Pierre covers more than 160 languages and dialects.
