You can also consult your medical record through the Brussels Health Network.

You will be asked to give your prior consent to the sharing of health data, so that the healthcare professionals treating you can consult and upload your data to the Brussels Health Network.

You can access it yourself by logging in securely. Among other things, you will find your laboratory results, hospital and consultation reports, and your Summary Health Record (SumEHR).

How to access your health data?

  1. 1. Go to the Brussels Health Network website
  2. 2. Click on “Patient login”
  3. 3. Log in using your eID (card reader + PIN code) or Itsme*

*By logging in, you are giving your consent. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

You can also access your data by logging in to the national portal. You will then be redirected to your private area on the Brussels Health Network.

Your request will be processed within 10 working days. Only requests for access to medical records are handled via this form.
The first copy of the medical record is provided free of charge to the patient.
